چکیده

grain yield ABSTRACT: A field experiment was conducted to study the symbiotic efficiency of native soil bradyrhizobia with seventeen soybean genotypes during Kharif 2007 in Mollisol of Uttarakhand. The genotype PS 1347 synthesized significantly more tap root and lateral root nodule in comparison to Bragg and PK 416 at all the stages of plant growth. Maximum plant biomass (2.74, 7.78, 22.22 gram plant -1 ) was recorded in PK 262 at 30, 60 and 90 DAS respectively. The genotype PS 262 recorded significantly more plant biomass than Bragg and PK 416 at all stages of plant growth. Maximum available N of 286.6 kg ha -
